JOIN US FOR INTERNATIONAL CREDIT UNION DAY-OCTOBER 20, 2022
International Credit Union Day has been celebrated on the third Thursday of October since 1948. The day is recognized to reflect upon the credit union’s movement’s history and to promote its achievements. It is a day to honor those who have dedicated their lives to the movement, recognize the hard work of those working in the credit union industry and show members our appreciation. This year’s theme is “Empower Your Financial Future With A Credit Union.” Join us at the credit union on Thursday, October 20th to celebrate International Credit Union Day. We will be serving free food and drinks from 11:00am to 2:00pm with a free boxed lunch being served with the help of Sweet Thingz Cupcakery Boutique. (Tickets will be required to receive the free boxed lunch.) (Credit Union will hand out tickets.) There will be a drawing for cash prizes!
HALLOWEEN, THANKSGIVING, BLACK FRIDAY, CHRISTMAS SPECIAL
The holiday season is once again upon us, and the Credit Union is getting ready for the holiday season. Let the credit union help you increase your spending power! From October 11, 2022, thru December 23, 2022, the Credit Union will be offering a Halloween, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas special for $1,500 for 12 months @ 8%. (All Loans Are Subject To Credit Approval & Credit Union Discretion.) (When you get a Holiday Loan, you are automatically entered into a prize drawing to have a chance to win a prize package worth up to $350. Drawing will be held Friday, December 16, 2022).
SKIP-A-PAY HOLIDAY SPECIAL
If you have a vehicle loan financed at the Credit Union, you have the option to skip your loan payment during the holidays. Qualified members may skip one vehicle payment per qualified loan. Just complete a brief “Skip-A-Pay” application for each vehicle loan you wish to skip during this holiday season. (Loans may be skipped for the months of November or December, not both.) To qualify for this program, you must be a member in good standing and your loans must be current. For each requested loan, there must be at least six months of satisfactory payment history. A $50 loan processing fee is required per requested “Skip-A-Pay.” (Unsecured loans do not qualify for the “Skip-A-Pay” program).
CHRISTMAS CLUB CHECKS
If you have a Christmas Club account, the funds will be automatically deposited into your credit union savings account on November 4, 2022. Please call or stop by the office to withdraw your money. There will be a drawing for all members who have not made any withdrawals from this account all year.
THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY PRIZE DRAWING
Come by the Credit Union from October 11, 2022, thru November 17, 2022, to enter your name for a prize drawing to have a chance to win a prize to help out with the Thanksgiving Day holiday. (Drawing will be held on Friday November 18, 2022.)

KID’S CHRISTMAS SPECIAL
During the month of December, any child 12 and under who opens a new or makes a $25 deposit into his or her existing share account will have it matched by the Credit Union up to $25.

CERTIFICATES OF DEPOSIT
The Credit Union is currently offering certificates of deposit @ 1.15% for 12 months with a minimum deposit of $2,000.
